Meet Nic Pitts
Hi there! I’m Nicole—an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I’ve been in the fitness world for nearly 40 years (so when I say I’ve seen it all, I mean it).
In 2017, I left the traditional gym setting to open my own studio so I could truly customize every workout around my clients’ goals, needs, and lifestyles. I work with individuals, partners, and couples—designing sessions so everyone feels supported, challenged, and successful, no matter their starting point. Along the way I’ve earned multiple certifications, including NASM Personal Trainer and RRCA Certified Running Coach.
After recently moving from the Snoqualmie Valley to Wenatchee, I’m excited to bring my experience to this new community. I know what it’s like to navigate post-partum recovery, injuries, and the realities of aging, and those experiences shape the way I train. My approach is simple: listen to your body, set realistic goals, remove what’s holding you back, and have some fun while you get stronger, healthier, and happier.
